Bookings and Cancellation Policy

General Policy

You must be 18 years of age or older to rent a campsite or cabin.
Payment for full period of booking is required on arrival.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds within 48 hours of reservation

During Peak Season 2 weeks notice will have to be given for any cancellations or changes.

During Peak Seasons a $50 administration fee applies

Early Departures will not be refunded

Cancellation Policy

Regular Season – 48 hour cancellation notice required.
No refunds within 48 hours of reservation.
A $40 dollar administration fee applies for all cancellations.
Reservations are confirmed only if a deposit is received.

Christmas / Easter bookings

Fourteen day cancellation notice required.
We regret no refunds of deposits given within fourteen days of the Reservation
We don’t refund early departure

Rules and Regulations

• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage arising from breakages or other damage to the cabin during their stay including replacement of lost keys and remote controls at cost, overdue rental charges, or excessive cleaning
• Parents / Guardians are responsible for their children in the Park and are expected to supervise their behaviour at all times
• Children are not allowed, at all times, to play in the amenities or laundry blocks.
• Children under the age of 7 years are not permitted in the amenities block unless accompanied and supervised by an adult
• Push bikes, scooters, roller skates / blades may not be ridden after sunset. Safety headwear must be worn at all times.
• Swimming Pool rules must be strictly adhered to or you will be asked to leave
• No Open Fires or Fireworks without prior approval from Park Manager
• All Pets are prohibited from in or around on site cabins, amenities block or pool area
• All dogs must be kept on leash at all times you must pick up after your dog
• Undue noise and bad language are not permitted at any time and no type of entertainment may disturb adjoining sites after 10:30 p.m.
• Vehicles must be at all times parked in their allocated sites
• Failure to abide by these rules may result in you and your party being requested to leave the Park with no refund
